I use my own style of photography to capture the unique features of the subject property. Features that capture the attention of buyers browsing the Internet looking for their next home. Unique features give the property a personality.
The angle and perspective of photographs make all the difference. Using the right lens, combined with proper lighting, and the perfect angle give rooms an inviting look. Which sets your listing apart from the everyday cookie cuter photographs buyers view on the Internet. A buyer’s first impression comes from the price, location, and then the pictures. If your pictures are not showing off features that set your listing above and beyond the competition, you could be placing your listing 2nd, 3rd, or 4th on the buyer’s preferred list. Or you could be removing your listing from the buyer’s short list.
You know how buyers are interested in particular rooms in a house. Their interests are focused on certain rooms before they start the viewing process. Show off those rooms with a series of pictures from different angles. Mix in a few pictures focusing on the little extras that set your listing above others. Attention to detail is the key.
What sets a Broker above other photography services? I work with Buyers and Sellers. I ask what they are looking for. I ask every buyer what they liked about the house we just viewed, and what they didn’t like. Few photographers in the business have that perspective and experience.
I do not supply drone pictures. Why pay extra for a perspective of a property buyers will not view live. Generally I do not provide video clips or slide shows. I’ve tried them in the past. When I check the number of views over the listing period, they are not worth the extra cost. I can provide a simple property slide show with background music. But the music selection is limited, based on copy rights laws. If you like, we can discuss the details. The same, basic effect can be achieved with the right pictures in the proper order.

All major charge cards are accepted. You can choose any package you wish. Please call to arrange a date and time for pictures. Make sure your clients have the property prepared and ready for pictures. And of course a day when the weather is cooperating. Please plan ahead an prepare for those unexpected delays.
